After 15 years of experience in IP, as a partner/associate with two large IP firms and as an intern/trainee in two multinational companies, Eduardo is the “O” and one of the founders of ABO IP. He currently advises Brazilian and international clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, unfair competition, domain names and digital law issues, procedures, licensing, litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He also manages corporate IP portfolios.
His clients (from small companies and start-ups to multinational corporations) operate in a wide range of markets, including technology, sports and entertainment, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, wholesale, digital media, fashion and cosmetics, among others. Eduardo is also a mediator for Brazilian trademark issues with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
