Rodrigo Ayres

Since 2018, Rodrigo has worked as an Industrial Property Specialist with strong expertise in managing patent and industrial design portfolios, drafting and conducting searches (prior art, FTO, validity and technology forecasting), as well as handling prosecution, office action analysis and responses, infringement analysis, litigation and related matters.

He has experience in diverse technological sectors, including pharmaceuticals, genetics, chemicals, cosmetics, biotechnology, food, agribusiness, mechanical, electrical and telecommunications.

He also holds a solid academic background and specializes in regulatory affairs for the pharmaceutical industry. He previously acted as a Technical Advisor to the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro (NATAS-TJRJ), providing expert reports and technical guidance in pharmaceutical-related proceedings.
